In my opinion this hearing can be compared to those of Thomas and Kavanaugh, during their confirmation for the SCOTUS and where are they? On the SCOTUS. So I would say this hearing shouldn't have happened, and both Willis and Wade disqualification will be dismissed if we've learned anything from our past. Keeping in mind this is a hearing and not a Trial.
