Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has said he was impressed by Arsenal’s 6-0 win over Sevilla in the Emirates Cup on Saturday.
Mikel Arteta’s men ended a successful pre-season campaign with a resounding victory over the LaLiga club.
Gabriel Jesus grabbed a hat-trick, while Bukayo Saka scored twice and Eddie Nketiah also got on the scoresheet.
“Arsenal, I saw the result, pretty impressive today – 6-0 against Sevilla.
“I don’t think that ever happened to Sevilla to be honest.
“United will come, Chelsea will come, Tottenham have improved a lot so that will be a tough, tough season for all of us.
“But we are here as well and we don’t want to rest on what we achieved or not achieved in the last few years, we are ready for a new challenge,” Klopp told ITV Sport.
