“Distance is my new response to disrespect” – Mabel Makun fires back as AY disses her in marriage announcement

Entrepreneur and mother of two Mabel Makun has fired back at her estranged husband, Ayodeji Richard Makun, who disses her with their marriage crash announcement.

A few minutes ago, Ayo Makun confirmed the end of his almost 20 years relationship with his wife, Mabel Makun.

The famous stand up comedian expressed regrets for loosing his home which had taken him almost 20 years to build and also admit doing things that are compromising during the course of the marriage.

He however warned against projecting the wrong narrative about him and his his family, which he found injurious to his teenage daughter.

Hinting at the possible fault from his wife, Ayo Makun claimed no one is completely innocent and stated that “women always play the victims and win.”

Following Ayo Makun’s fresh post on Instagram, Mabel Makun fired and said distance is the way she responds to disrespect and she’s not ready to drive into any drama instead she removes herself from it.

“Distance is my new response to disrespect. I don’t react, I don’t argue, I don’t dive into the drama. I simply remove myself.”

There have been speculations online for the past few weeks that the couple are no longer together and there have been pointers with Mabel’s absence from AY’s videos. She was also absent from some gatherings that involves his family.

AY’s brief birthday note for his wife also called for questioning.
