NNPC’s GCEO confirmed that the Dangote refinery – which is billed to resume in 2023 – and other state-owned refineries will help end the importation of petroleum products.
Mele Kyari said: “If that happens and we are very optimistic it will happen, you would see that this country will now be a net exporter.”
