Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has given a word of advice to young women using herself as an example.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a clip from her latest interview on Arise TV, Funke stated that she is a proof that hardwork and determination can take one far. She revealed that in her interview with Arise, she opened up about her journey, the challenges she overcame and the importance of being self-made.
Sending a message to young women, she encouraged them to work hard, believe in themselves and never rely on others for validation. She admonished them to use social media platforms positively to showcase their crafts, businesses and talents, like she did.
Funke urged them to break barriers, shatter glass ceilings and celebrate successes with her.
