I know a person who was in school for years and took student loans to obtain a doctorate but actually said some of the loan money went to pay for their kids to attend horse back riding, or play elite sports. The loan amounted to $100Ks to ultimately become a teacher and wanted the loan forgiven because the monthly payment was unaffordable. The entitlement in that thinking is beyond disgusting. I worked my way through a 10yr bachelor degree. Society should not have to pay for other people's poor lifestyle choices.
Just print some more money. What could go wrong there.
