<p>In this position, you will provide support for Industrial Hygiene (IH) survey activities, evaluation of Occupational Health (OH) programs and review of relevant Occupational Health regulations. Your work activities will include the identification, evaluation and control of health hazards within the workplaces at Strathcona Manufacturing Site. Work assignment will be based in Strathcona, Alberta.</p>

</div><div><p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Providing IH survey support to site Industrial Hygienists through identifying and evaluating potential chemical, physical and biological hazards in the workplace and recommending suitable corrective action or control to management </li>
<li>Updating site noise dosimetry and noise map data and preparing IH reports generated for survey information</li>
<li>Provide Industrial Hygiene field support during major Mechanical Activities. This may include evaluation of benzene, welding fume, silica dust and noise. </li>
<li>Supporting the exposure tracking system database. This includes reviewing/summarizing existing exposure data for all sites and identifying potential exposure indicators/agents of interest for the project </li>
<li>Supporting site Industrial Hygienists through responding to employee inquiries related to chemical, physical and biological agents encountered within the workplace, as well as to queries in the area of product safety regulations and legislation <br>
