* 1 pound of beef, cut into small pieces
* 1 pound of fish, cut into small pieces
* 1/2 cup of palm oil

* 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
* 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

* 1 cup of banga spice mix
