Manchester United’s annual awards were conducted on Monday.
The Red Devils celebrated the 2022/23 campaign for their senior and Academy sides.
After a standout season so far, Man United striker Marcus Rashford was crowned the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year, becoming the first Academy graduate to win the trophy since Ryan Giggs back in 1998.
For the women’s team, Alessia Russo was named Player of the Season after helping the team to a best-ever finish in the Women’s Super League.

Degea deserves the award more than Rashford. He saved United countless number of times this season although he made some blunders too. Rashford wasn’t consistent through out the season especially at the beginning and towards the tail end of the season.
