Should true Christians take part in world politics.

When you look at how dirty politics is, you look at those wrongs they do as politicians and you consider that Jesus Christ ran away from being made a king and he said his kingdom is not of the earth and told christians not to be part of the world because the world will pass away, i asked: should true christians take part in politics.?

True Christians can participate in politics but not the Nigerian brand of politics. The type of politics we practice in this part of the world called Nigeria is "dirty" politics. And that is why most Christians shy away from it in order not to soil their hands.

The word 'True' have said it all. Since not all Christians are true christians, we need to first identify factors that made a christan a 'true' one, then we will be able to see whether world politics is meant for them.Who are the true christians? This may be another question that should standalone i think.
