Purpose of Position

  • To ensure that Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University maintains the DBA market flagship within the environment and coordinates the admission activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a DBA marketing and admission strategy to attract quality candidates across gender and diverse industry sectors, disciplines, and backgrounds.
  • Formulate and implement an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen the DBA as a premium brand.
  • Develop sales prospect profile/persona/composite templates to aid the targeting of candidates.

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Will ensure all Generators are working.
  • Ensure maintenance of the generator
  • Ensure all ACDB are working perfectly

  • Monitor IPMS performance and ensure it works at all time (where available)

Site Fuelling:

  • Timely report of diesel theft and leakages.

  • Monitoring fuel level on site and escalate sites with low diesel level

Emergency call-outs:

  • Ensure all mechanical faults are resolved within MTTR
  • Involved in fault-finding and problem solving exercises
  • Identify root causes of fault and resolving it.

Security:

  • Site security assured at all times
  • Ensure safety of company equipment at site
  • Ensure all AWL and security lights are functional.
  • Must ensure proper site access procedures.

Spares Management:

  • Escalate any spares required at site for Regional Supervisor to raise requisition

Other Duties:

  • Timely report of all generator Swap on site to regional supervisor.
  • Keep all work tool safe

  • Ensure that perimeter of the sites are well cleaned.
  • Escalate any observed compaction failure at site for prompt action to be taken on time.

  • Ensure mixed stock has been packed away in their correct places as per the warehouse layout
  • Assist with picking loose units
  • Sign the picking slip as a confirmation that the order is complete
  • Assist with daily and fortnightly stock counts
  • Maintain housekeeping inside and outside the warehouse
  • Maintain forklift inspections
  • Health and safety procedures must be adhered to
  • Wear PPE issued to you
  • Report all warehouse breakages or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor
  • General understanding of the store’s operation
  • Ensuring goods are loaded correctly and adhering to safety regulations
