How to call someone who blocked you

I have been trying to call someone who owed me some money but refused to pay, each time i call it drops, so i suspect he has blocked my number. Please how can i call someone who blocked me?

The best option is for you to confront him physically. If you need alternatives, you can send him a text message or use another phone number to call him. But I think sending a text message will be better because if you call with another number, he will hang up immediately he recognises your voice.
