ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The aim of Supply Chain Executive role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at EM supply chain processes, tools, and ways of working – in order to improve the efficiency and eliminate unnecessary costs/non-criminal losses for Germany through championing of “0 write-off” agenda.
SC Executive is facilitating the input of Ops-Supply Chain function into Germany S&OP forums – DPM and DRM, and prepares/runs the monthly Area S&I forum. Further owns the DF DMS in the IWS SN Pillar

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Providing timely/accurate input on area service level, stock levels, DFA, stocks at risk of shelf-life expiry etc. into CEN SOP forums – Germany MOM, CEN PDT, CEN S&OP
- Facilitation of monthly area S&I – owning the agenda, ensuring the meeting runs as per TOR and all inputs/outputs (minutes) are issued and updated on time. Managing yearly area S&I meeting calendar
- Working on continuously improving the S&I meeting flow/TOR/dashboards and tools used for reporting of SC relevant KPIs on area level.
- Close liaison with Area SP&I function, EM Supply Chain managers and regional SNO reporting team to improve demand forecast accuracy using global BI tools (via SN pillar)
- Driving the ongoing reduction of CEN FG and WMS write-offs (NCL reduction) through effective collaboration between regional SNO/ CEN NPI/EM SC and commercial teams.
- Inventory Health review management for EM stock. Ensuring compliance to SOX requirements.
- Regular review of shelf-life status for CEN portfolio and exceptions management through timely SL extension process request with area quality and product teams
- Management of ad-hoc initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost savings and connectivity across E2E supply chain
- Participation in key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Experience in working with E2E supply chain processes (e.g. demand forecasting, production planning, inventory planning, warehouse management, order fulfilment, NPI)
- Strong understanding of New Production Introduction cycle and Supply Chain
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in working with/through others to use data to drive actionable insight for commercial business advantage
- Experience working with global reporting platforms/solutions – I,e, Global BI, APO
- Hands on experience of testing / UAT coordination
- Ability to understand, assess, & problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
- Project management and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, macros)
