KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Operate, clean, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery in the production process while adhering to technical mastery standards and developing to T3 proficiency.
- Execute machine start-up, shutdown, and brand changeover processes to ensure smooth operations and deliver quality products in line with standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication (CL), cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL), and defect handling (DH) activities.
- Develop and follow machine maintenance planning systems, including performing parts changes and checks as per the assigned task list.
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues by identifying root causes of failures, stops, and breakdowns, and implementing effective action plans.
- Ensure machine parameters and basic adjustments are optimized to maintain product quality and machine runnability.
- Accountable for implementing Integrated Work Systems (IWS) principles, with a focus on AM DMS activities, including CL, CIL, and DH.
- Operate assigned machinery (SMD/PMD/DIET) as per production schedules, meeting target quality and performance standards while adhering to safety and environmental protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- A higher vocational degree in technics/machinery or Professionals with Engineering/Mechatronic/Electronical/Mechanical/Physic background.
- Fresh graduate in technics or at least one year of experience in machinery operations.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Work Systems (IWS) principles, including related AM and PM pillar activities.
- Demonstrated capability in machine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing CL, CIL, and DH activities.
- Knowledge of machine safety standards and quality inspection processes in adherence to EHS protocols.
- Ability to analyze machine performance, perform basic adjustments, and assess impacts on product quality.
- Experience in identifying and resolving machine defects, including A/B/C fault handling.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to develop mastery in machinery operations (Technical Mastery T3).
