Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has made seven changes to the side which won at Southampton in midweek.
Robert Sanchez, Benoit Badiashile, Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia, Pedro Neto, Jadon Sancho and Nicolas Jackson return to the starting line-up.
The seven players that have been replaced – Filip Jorgensen, Tosin Adarabioyo, Axel Disasi, Malo Gusto, Noni Madueke, Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku – are all on the bench.
Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero both return for Spurs in a huge surprise.
Romero was touch and go over a return today but Van de Ven’s inclusion is a real shock having been expected to return later this month.
Ange Postecoglou will be delighted to have his first-choice centre-back pairing, with those two of four changes made from the midweek defeat to Bournemouth.
Pedro Porro and captain Heung-Min Son are restored to the line-up, with Radu Dragusin, Archie Gray and James Maddison dropping to the bench, while Ben Davies is out with injury.
