· Support planned work – most of them projects related to lab systems. <br>
· Proactively seek problem prevention measures to ensure business operational on a 24/7 schedule <br>
· Support HCL on existing application functionality <br>
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to details, effective communication and teamwork, self-motivated, independent and adaptable. · <br>
