Job Summary
- The Air Freight Commercial Specialist will ensure that the company meets its business objectives by gaining new customers, driving customer growth, retaining existing customers and working towards continuous value addition to our customers.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing the Air Freight Product.
- Initiating and completing IATA registration (if necessary).

- Preparing a business and sales plan in conjunction with CC Log management and deliver on the same.

- Participate to the contract setting and monitor portfolio client payment with the Collection Desk. Participation in the management of commercial disputes.
- Maintain a database of customers with current feedback on business (Pipeline management)
- Contribute fresh innovative ideas/strategies for the constant improvements of sales performances.
- Develop good relationships within the global air freight team to leverage their client base for logistics and supply chain opportunities.
Minimum Qualification

Experience:
- Mid-level (3 – 8 Years)

- Should be well versed with nuances of Air Freight business.
- Should have good contacts with major airlines.
